Q: Do we deliver and what are the chargers?

Q: What is meant by a back to base warranty?
A: If anything should break down in its warranty period the product has to be returned back to our company’s address at the customers expense and it will be repair by our company for parts and labour for free. Some products have a full warranty depends on value of product, it is under the discretion of the MD and customer to negotiate the warranty period and is stated in the advert. The price we charge for the product reflects its condition but if full warranty is required an extra charge will be levied usually 15% Extra.
